If you are planning to visit Las Galeras in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 make sure to visit Rudy´s Rancho. Rudy offers a variety of horseback riding trips which vary in length.
I was fortunate enough to go for a ride with Rudy for nearly 3 hours. After some safety instructions, we went together through the greens, got to know the village a bit and cruised along the beach. We also visited together an impressive cave nearby. Las Galeras has a lot of different landscapes and going for a ride is certainly a great way to get to know your surroundings better.
Rudy made the entire experience feel very safe. He speaks varies languages and works together with a great team. The horses were easy to ride and helms were provided.
The ranch also offers massages at the property or your hotel room. Rudy has a lot of connection in town and give you valuable tips for your stay. He knows a lot about the area and shared with me a lot during our time together.
