The Rebel Hostel is in the old town of Quito, close to the nightlife of La Ronda with all its restaurants and bars. It is directly in front of the steps that take you up to the best view of the city, the Panecillo, with the virgin statue. It is located close to most tourist attractions and around the corner from a metro station.
The hostel is equipped with 13 showers and 5 hot water heaters, which are strategically placed, so you do not have to wait for the hot water.
The mattresses in the custom pod style bunk beds are orthopedic. Your super cozy sleeping area includes reading light, electric outlet and privacy screen.
Extra-large lockers with an electric outlet are provided so you can charge your electronic devices while being away. The kitchen with its granite countertops and equipped with everything you can possibly need makes cooking a joy. The free pasta, rice, spices, and coffee already make half a meal. Breakfast is included in your stay.
The common areas are spread over different floors and are perfect to chill in a comfortable seat with a cheap cold beer or a glass of wine, which comes with free popcorn. Large wall murals painted by a local artist make you feel at rest.
The helpful staff is available 24-7 to help to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Various day-tours to different locations are offered at the hostel (Mindo Jungle, Quilotoa Crater Lake, Cotopaxi Volcano, Otavalo Artisan Market and more). This hostel is certainly a great spot to spend a couple of days in tranquility.
