The building is pretty new and you find a constantly well-maintained pool, which you can see from your balcony. It is the ideal space to spend your holidays in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca.
When you enter the apartment you will find a fire extinguisher on your left side and a small cupboard. The door to the bathroom you will find after one meter on the right side. Use the peephole to check the door. In the studio, you will find a comfortable double bed and a cozy sofa bed. Also included are a cupboard, Tv (+remote), hangers, sufficient power sockets, and nightshade with lamp.

The smart kitchen pass-through enables you to easily pass dishes from and to the kitchen. The table and chairs are comfortable and laptop-friendly. The studio is big enough for up to 3 adults. The natural light is mostly enough but at night the ceiling light and nightstand light will help you to keep the apartment bright.
In the kitchen, you will find anything to prepare + eat a good meal, including an induction cooker, a water kettle, a coffee cooker, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, pans + pots, cutlery, cutting board, microwave, and other essentials. The kitchen is big enough to store food, cook, and move around. The pass-through enables you to easily move things to the table. The kitchen hood will get rid of negative odors. In the bathroom, you will find a sink and bidet, both with warm water. Enjoy the bathtub with a handheld showerhead + mount and shower curtain. You will also find toilet + paper + brush, a hairdryer, bathroom cup, a dust bin, and a mirror cabinet. Provided are 1 shampoo + 1 soap sample to use for 1/2 applications. The bathroom is big enough to move around comfortably and store all your bathroom essentials. You will encounter warm water always by turning the valve to the left.

Enjoy the sunsets and please use this for smoking. The easily movable sliding door to the balcony can be left open in order to always help you with a fresh breeze. You will find also a laundry line to hang your freshly washed clothes on the balcony. The view from your balcony is super relaxing and soothing. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from here or take 5 minutes to walk to the next sand beach.
The pool area is shared. The swimming pool comes with an outdoor shower and 2 safety rails. The swimming pool is big enough to really swim, exercise or relax in it. The pool is sheltered from the strong sun but you will also find sunny hours during the day. The swimming is open all year round and the weather is good enough to take a dip almost any day of the year. The pool area is calm and easily accessible through one door on the ground floor.

The hallway is bright and wide enough to easily move around. You will enter through two security doors and have to climb about 10 steps to reach the first floor. The neighbors are calm so you won’t be bothered. There is sufficient natural light due to windows and electric ceiling lights. The floor and building are always clean. The building is new and very secure.
The neighborhood association takes care that the entire building, including the pool area, is always clean. The street and neighborhood are not noisy and relatively calm.
You will find a lot of parking spots (paid/ free of charge) around the building. The trash cans are also only a few steps away. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, and tourist information are only short walking distance away.
Sand Beach in Torrevieja
The nearest sand beach and boulevard are only a short 250-meters walk away. It depends on the season how alive + busy the beach and the city are. If you want to enjoy a calm holiday, book between October and the end of April. If you like action, book between Mai and September. You can swim in the Mediterranean sea in Torrevieja from March to December. This surely depends on how sensitive you are.
