Hacienda San Francisco is located in the northern part of Ecuador, near the town of Urcuqui. It surrounded by green hills and forests and is probably one of the most peaceful places we have ever visited.
The object seems to be a renewed and redesigned old farm and the effect is simply spectacular. Where there used to be a stable, now you can find an impressive restaurant with huge windows and a big fireplace to spend a cozy evening in warmth.
The food served there was simply delicious and, frankly speaking, we couldn’t wait to taste the next meal, curious about the upcoming delicacies!
Hostería San Francisco offers many activities included in the price of your stay so you can be sure that you will not be disappointed.
There are bicycles to use, the horses to go for a ride and a heated swimming pool with delightful water.
There is also a tennis court and a volleyball field if, like us, you like to spend your time actively.
The staff working in the hosteria is extremely kind, polite and helpful which made our stay even more pleasurable.
We really recommend Hostería San Francisco to everyone visiting Ecuador. It has a unique charm of the Ecuadorian countryside and everything about it is simply amazing. We loved our stay and we are sure that you will love yours too!
