LA HUERTA HOTEL is a beautifully located countryside hotel in Valle de Cauca in Colombia. We had a pleasure to spend there two nights and had simply the best rest a traveler can think of. We enjoyed immensely the perfect view from the window and the restaurant and felt wonderful surrounded by green hills and fields.
The restaurant in La Huerta is absolutely fantastic and the chef will spoil you with whatever dish you order. The warming creamy soups were what we needed after a long ride in the rain and the pasta was simply delicious.
Our room overlooked the mountains and was very cozy and comfortable. The hot shower and a big bed were undoubtedly a huge advantage and a movie on a big screen made the evening perfect.
All the guests of La Huerta have a variety of wellness activities to choose from. There are a sauna and a Turkish bath. The jacuzzi is simply divine with hot water- perfect to relax on chilly nights. There is also a big and beautiful swimming pool to enjoy.
La Huerta is a perfect place to spend holidays. It is great for couples as well as for families who can hike, ride bicycles or visit the nearby lake. We recommend it with all our hearts!
