Yakoo is a real oasis in the middle of the busy life of Venezuelan town. Located in the suburbs of Santa Elena it lures travelers with a wonderful swimming pool, green grass, comfortable hammocks, and cozy lodges. The cuisine there is staying at a very good level. Both breakfasts and evening meals are very tasty and prepared with a lot of care. We had a chance to taste a cocoa cake made with coconut and honey and enjoy it with a cup with freshly brewed coffee.
It is important to mention that all the guests can enjoy a hot shower. It is a luxury in this area and a great pleasure for nights in the Savannah can be cold.
The owners together with the staff are wonderful and very helpful people. We enjoyed very much their company as they made us feel at home. Certainly our favorite location in Santa Elena!
