Dairy products are made on-site and if you want you can buy some more in the store in Nono on your way back to Quito.
Horseback riding, hiking, and bike rentals are offered as activities. Discovering the agricultural region and mountains surrounding the area is a fun way to spend your day in nature. If that does not convince you, ask the staff to show you around the cheese production line and the cows on the property.
